Who We Are: The Sisters Shade

​The Sisters Shade is the collaborative venture of Karen and Crystal, two sisters who are also the best of friends. For years, Karen (the big sister, by a long shot!) mentored Crystal in art and life.
While Crystal's now based in Nashville, they keep their creative connection alive by sharing their work:

• Karen's vibrant glass creations are featured in Crystal's studio.
• Crystal's charming pottery miniatures travel with Karen to her shows.

If you are lucky enough to see them together, be prepared for a wonderful selection of handcrafted art and a healthy dose of their crazy, whacky, and occasionally inappropriate sisterly humor (bickering included!). It's a show you won't want to miss.
